Amongst the many brilliant innovations that Australian IVD start-ups are developing, a test that identifies mums at risk of developing postpartum depression is such an important project.

I am beyond excited and super humbled by the prize and recognition of all the hard work we do for mothers who need our test.
Our mission hasn’t changed since 2024, to bring the care to mothers when they need it the most, not when it’s already too late.
1 in 5 mothers suffer from postpartum depression, that’s millions of mothers worldwide that need care, access to referral pathways. Mothers are dying by suicide. Taken too soon, from their babies.
Even if our early blood test for postpartum depression worked for one mother and saved one life, we have done our part.
Something I wished existed for me, when I needed it the most.
