TGA Training Courses

 

• May 21st: Innovators and Introductory Course Embark on a journey to understand the basics of the TGA structure, demystify IVD regulations, navigate ARTG entries, and grasp QMS essentials. This foundational course serves as a springboard for deeper exploration into regulatory compliance. This course suits those new to the IVD regulatory environment. 

 

• May 22nd: Intermediate Course Take your understanding to the next level with a deep dive into conformity assessment, master manufacturer evidence, declaration of conformity, IVD classification, post-market surveillance, software as a medical device, and IVDR sessions. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with expert guidance. This course suits those with some regulatory experience who want to tackle some more complex tasks. 

 

• May 23rd: Advanced Workshop Roundtable Engage in senior-level discussions with seasoned regulators and TGA section Directors. This half-day, advanced workshop provides a platform for strategic insights and in-depth regulatory discussions.

Tender Writing

• May 28th: Workshop 1 - Introduction to Tender Writing. Designed for commercial managers, field-based sales staff, marketing managers, and head office roles responsible for pricing. This workshop covers essential topics such as government terminology, tender readiness, competitor analysis, and how to create a pipeline of opportunities. Participants will gain practical skills to enhance their tender writing capabilities, enabling them to effectively navigate complex procurement processes and secure valuable contracts. 

 

• May 29th: Workshop 2 - Tender Writing – Advanced Strategies. Tailored for participants who have completed Workshop 1. This session delves deeper into advanced strategies for tender writing, including managing tender pipelines, understanding contracts, and maximising sustainability in procurement. Participants will gain actionable insights to optimise their tendering processes and drive business success.
